Bull Hill at Fowey is a footpath that runs parallel to the main High Street. But the only access is from either end of the path, and the path is over half a kilometre long. Using the unique CSS microasphalt surfacing, the path was resurfaced and reopened in the same day. All materials for the job were carried by hand, and at some points the path was less than one metre wide. Thus proving that whatever the conditions CSS will work to get the job done!
