CSS Micro Asphalt - for rejuvenating footways and estate roads - a quick, simple and cost effective surface treatment.

• a blended cationic bitumen emulsion micro asphalt, using Dry Rig aggregate, fibres and reaction stabiliser.
• CSS micro asphalt is longer lasting and more durable than conventional binders and is suitable for vehicle trafficking e.g. driveway entrances across footpaths.
• Uses Cornish granite (6mm) - as a regulating layer on footpaths where the surface is particularly rough and pitted, and for carriageway use where extra depth of material is required.
• 3 grades of emulsion to ensure work can be carried out all year round - Standard, Slow Set (for summer) and Fast Set (for winter).
• Fibres are included within the mix to help increase the structural strength of the finished surface. And by using fibres instead of cement - the traditional filler - avoids the white streaking effect that can appear after rainfall.
